Longmont, Colorado - Sheriff William P. Mullen of the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office completed participation in the 95th session of the National Sheriff's Institute (NSI) held in Longmont, Colorado, September 14-20 2008 with NO COST to the taxpayers of Allegheny County. Sheriff Mullen was awarded his degree of completion from Jim Barbee, Correctional Program Specialist, National Institute of Correction (NIC), and Fred G. Wilson, Director of Operations, National Sheriffs' Association (NSA).
