Another one of Allegheny County’s Most Wanted Fugitives is behind bars today, as Sheriff William Mullen announces the arrest of 48-year-old Oliver Lee Miller, a resident of Wood Street Commons in the City of Pittsburgh.  Mr. Miller was wanted for Probation Violation in connection with charges of Terroristic Threats, Endangering the Welfare of Children and Indecent Assault without the Consent of Others.

A viewer of Comcast Cable’s “Fugitive Files on Demand”, a television show characterizing the County’s most sought after criminals, telephoned the Sheriff’s Office today with a tip concerning the whereabouts of Mr. Miller.  Sheriff’s Deputies heeded the viewer’s advice and spotted Mr. Miller along Fifth Avenue downtown shortly after receiving the call. Deputies arrested Mr. Miller without incident at approximately 12:30 this afternoon with the assistance of a Pittsburgh Police Officer.   Mr. Miller was subsequently transported to the Allegheny County Jail, where he will be held without bond until he is brought before the Court to answer to these indictments.
