FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 8, 2008

Sheriff William P. Mullen announces the apprehension of Enine Salley, 47 years of age from the eastern section of Allegheny County.  Salley was wanted on a Bench Warrant that was issued in early 2008 by the Family Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.  Salley failed to appear for proceedings related to child support matters owing in excess of $72,000 in back child support.

On Wednesday, October 8, 2008, Detectives from the Investigations Division of the Sheriff’s Office, received an anonymous tip from an alert individual who recognized Salley from the Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted” web site.  The tip led detectives to an address in the Homewood section of the City of Pittsburgh where Salley was located and arrested following a brief surveillance.  He was transported to the Allegheny County Jail to await his hearing.
