All Real Estate Sale executions MUST BE FILED in the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office by 2:00 PM daily and 11:00 AM on the last day to file.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a $1600.00 deposit required for the filing of
EACH Real Estate Sheriff Sale.
The Real Estate Direction Sheets have been removed from the ACSO website. If you are requesting forms to be sent via mail, please contact the ACSO's Real Estate Division. If you would like to obtaom fprms in person, arrangements can be made.
