Please be advised that effective this date, ALL Writs of Execution that are filed with the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office requesting that a parcel of property be scheduled for Sheriff Sale in execution of a judgment for non-payment of taxes, must include a "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Realty Transfer Tax Statement of Value Form" (In duplicate) at the time of filing. This form is only necessary for tax sales.

This document is in addition to all other requred documents necessary to file a Request to Expose a Parcel of Real Property to Sheriff Sale.

THIS FORM MUST BE OUT COMPLETELY AND PROVIDED AT TIME OF FILING.

If this form is NOT supplied at the time of filing, your documents will be denied and returned.
