PITTSBURGH, PA - Sheriff William P. Mullen announces the apprehension Stanley Lucot, 29 years old, from Carnegie. Lucot was wanted for violating the conditions of his probation/parole on a 2005 conviction for Burglary, Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property, and Access Device Fraud. This was the second time in a little over a year that Lucot has been featured on the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted” list. He was last shown in October of 2008 and was apprehended that time with the help of a Comcast viewer. This tip came from someone who saw Lucot on the “Most Wanted” website. Lucot is the second “Most Wanted” fugitive arrested on burglary charges in two days.

This evening sheriff’s deputies received an anonymous tip that Lucot, was staying at various residences throughout Washington, Pa. Sheriff’s deputies along with the City of Washington Police went to several of the addresses provided by the tipster. These officers were missing Lucot at several of these locations by minutes. After searching for approximately four hours these officers did locate Lucot walking on West Maiden Street. Lucot was then apprehended without incident.
