PITTSBURGH, PA - Sheriff William P. Mullen announces the arrests of Joseph McCoy, 36 years old, and Matthew Frohman, 29 years old, from the Northside and Arlington sections of Pittsburgh, respectively. Both McCoy and Frohman were wanted for violating the conditions of their probation/parole on sex-related crimes.

McCoy is under supervision on the charges of Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age and Corruption of Minors. McCoy violated the conditions of his probation/parole by failing to register as a sex offender with the state police as required by law.

Frohman is under supervision on the charge of Statutory Rape. Frohman violated the conditions of his probation/parole when Pittsburgh Police filed new charges against him last week. In the new case it is alleged that Frohman used a stun gun on a female twice, once striking her in her buttocks. It is because of these new charges that bench warrants were issued for both actors today.

Sheriff’s deputies located McCoy at the apartment of his girlfriend located in the 1800 block of Belleau Drive. Frohman was arrested at his parent’s house located in the 700 block of Ceres Way. Both were apprehended without incident and both are now being held in the Allegheny County Jail without bond.
