PITTSBURGH, PA - This morning, sheriff’s deputies located missing juvenile female, Destiny Nelson, 12 years of age.  Nelson was reported missing to Pittsburgh Police yesterday evening.

Earlier today, an observant deputy noticed Nelson and her mother, Breia Hutten from photos released by the media on the morning news.  After the two were identified walking into the Family Court Facility, they were briefly interviewed to ensure the child’s well being.  Soon thereafter, Nelson and Hutten were released to attend the daughter’s hearing.  Pittsburgh Police Detectives were notified that Nelson had been located.

While awaiting the hearing, Ms Hutten grew angry at the caseworker assigned to her daughter’s case and caused a disturbance in the waiting room.  Sheriff’s deputies quickly dissolved this uproar and no charges were filed on Hutten.
