The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office is presently making and will continue to make reasonable efforts to make the Allegheny County Real Estate sale available on Microsoft Teams for judgment creditors and registered bidders throughout the course of the sale event, however, the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for any service interruptions, including but not limited to interruptions that may affect aspects of the sale. Bid information and other notifications in the on-screen chat function, audio or video display may be subject to delays or disruption due to functionality in the Microsoft Teams application, the County’s Internet provider or your Internet provider and therefore beyond the control of this Office. The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office is presently and will continue to make all reasonable efforts to assure reliability and security of the sale through the use of third-party providers, but this Office and does not warrant that the auction will be uninterrupted, technically error free or virus-free.

This sale is a judicial sale and participants are to conduct themselves in the online sale as though they were present in the physical room of the sale. Participants who engage in improper behavior will be removed from the sale teleconference and will not be permitted to participate in the monthly sale.

Additionally, the sale will be broadcasted to the public at the bottom of this webpage. Again, the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office is presently making and will continue to make all reasonable efforts to assure that the live-stream of the sale is available, but cannot warrant that the transmission of the auction will not be interrupted due to functionality of the Open Broadcast Software or third-party Internet service providers of which this Office has no control.
